Do not post your feelings on current or past relationships on social networking sites. This is especially true if you are thinking of posting something along the lines of, “I am SO over whats his name”. You might as well post that you are not at all over him and you are sitting at home thinking about him with your cats, ice cream and Lifetime movies.
Also, if you are newly dating try to refrain from posts like “Best date ever”, or “I’m so crazy about this new guy”. That’s putting all of your cards on the table, and a table where EVERYONE is looking.
Act like it’s still 10 years ago and gush privately to your mom, sister or best friend. Remember, twitter and facebook are not your private diary.
